The Clients dashboard is the first page you see after signing in. It shows every client in your agency at a glance, with their connected data, recent trends and how often their reports get opened. From here you open reports, add clients and spot anything that needs attention.
The Get started checklist
New agencies see a Get started checklist at the top of the dashboard. It walks you through the steps to your first shared report and ticks each one off as you go:
- Your reporting email is ready: the email clients add in Search Console and GA4. It's created for you automatically.
- Add your first client
- Connect their Search Console or GA4
- Share your first report
- Add your logo and colours (owners only)
Click any open step to go straight to the right page. The checklist disappears once every step is done. To hide it sooner, click the X in its top corner.
The stat cards
Four cards sit above your client list:
- Clients: how many clients you have, and how many have Google data connected. Demo clients aren't counted.
- Reports shared: permanent report links you've sent to clients.
- Client views: how many times clients opened a shared report.
- Your reporting email: the email your clients add in Google. Click Copy to copy it, or How clients add it for the steps and a ready-to-send message. See Connect Search Console and GA4.
Client cards
Each client has a card with:
- Name and website, plus a Demo or Positive only tag when they apply.
- Data source chips: a tick for each connected source (Search Console, GA4) and a cross for the ones that aren't.
- Trends: total clicks and sessions over the last 28 days, the change against the 28 days before, and a small sparkline. They update once a day.
- Alerts: if a source can't be read or traffic fell sharply, the problem shows on the card. See Traffic alerts.
- Sharing line: how many reports you've shared, how many views they got, when you last shared one, and the site Health score once a site audit has run.
Click Open report to see the client's live report. The icons next to it open the client's site audit, edit the client, or delete it.
Search, filter and sort
Above the cards, the search box finds clients by name or website. Press / to jump into it from anywhere on the page.
The chips filter the list. All is always there; Needs attention, No data connected, and Positive only only show up when at least one client matches. Use Sort to order clients by Name, Health (lowest first), Recently shared or Most client views. Your chip and sort choices are remembered for next time.
Add a client or the demo client
Use Add client in the top right to set up a real client. Add demo client creates "Clearwater Counseling (Demo)", a fictional client with sample data in every report section. It's the quickest way to see what your clients will get. Read How to add a client for the full walkthrough.
The sidebar
The left sidebar is on every page of the app:
- Your agency at the top, with your role (Owner or Team member).
- Search opens quick search (Ctrl + K, or ⌘ + K on a Mac). See Quick search and shortcuts.
- Clients, Site audits, Templates, Google access and Team.
- Branding, for owners only.
- Your name at the bottom opens Your account, and the icon next to it logs you out.
On small screens, the sidebar folds away. Tap the menu button at the top left to open it.
