Sessions and users
Total and organic traffic with the change against the previous period or last year.
GA4 reporting
GA4 reporting with ReportFalcon turns Google Analytics 4 data into a clean client report: sessions, channels, landing pages and key events. No dashboards to build or connectors to maintain.
GA4 metrics
Not every GA4 dimension. Just the ones that show whether marketing is working.
Total and organic traffic with the change against the previous period or last year.
Organic search, direct, referral, social and AI assistants like ChatGPT and Perplexity.
The pages where visits start, with sessions and key events for each.
Leads, calls, sign-ups or sales: the key events you marked in GA4, front and centre.
Set monthly targets for sessions, organic sessions or key events and show progress bars.
If GA4 tracking started recently, the report says so instead of showing "new" on every row.
No dashboard building
Dashboards need building, fixing and explaining. A ReportFalcon report is ready the moment GA4 is connected.
Setup
Every agency gets its own, shown on the Google access page.
In GA4: Admin, Property access management, add the email with the Viewer role.
Pick the client's GA4 property and the report fills in straight away.
FAQ
In Google Analytics, open Admin, then Property access management, and add the agency's email with the Viewer role. Viewers can see reports but can't change anything, and you can remove them at any time.
A key event is an action you've marked as important in GA4, such as a form submission, a call or a purchase. Google renamed conversions to key events in 2024. ReportFalcon reports the key events you marked.
Yes. ReportFalcon builds the report from the GA4 Data API directly, so there's no dashboard to design or connector to maintain. Connect the property and share the report.
GA4 counts sessions from every channel and depends on tracking and cookie consent. Search Console counts clicks from Google search only. Both are right; they measure different things.
No. Universal Analytics stopped processing data in 2023, so reports use GA4 only.
Yes. A client can have GA4, Search Console or both, plus site audits. Sections for anything not connected are simply left out. See Search Console reporting.
Connect GA4 with Viewer access and share a branded report in minutes. Free during early access.
