Terms of service
Last updated October 14, 2026
These terms apply to your use of ReportFalcon ("we", "us"), a reporting tool for marketing agencies. By creating an account or using ReportFalcon, you agree to them. If you use it for an agency, you accept them for that agency and confirm you're allowed to. Questions: hello@reportfalcon.com.
The service
ReportFalcon lets agencies connect their clients' Google Search Console, Google Analytics and (where enabled) Google Business Profile data, build reports, and share them with their clients by link or PDF. We may improve, change or remove features over time.
Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account and your agency's team.
- Agency owners decide who joins their team and what they can do; tell us promptly at hello@reportfalcon.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Your clients and their data
- You must have your clients' permission to connect their Google properties and to put their information in ReportFalcon, and you're responsible for what you share with them.
- Your data stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
- Reports you share are visible to anyone who has the link. You can delete shared reports and reset live links at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't use ReportFalcon to break the law or anyone's rights, to access data you aren't authorised to access, to send spam, to interfere with or overload the service, or to probe or bypass its security. Use of Google data must also follow Google's terms and policies.
Fees
ReportFalcon is currently offered without charge during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you the prices in advance; continued use of paid features will then require a subscription.
Suspension and closing accounts
- You can stop using ReportFalcon at any time and ask us to delete your agency's account.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or others at risk, or (once paid plans exist) isn't paid. Where reasonable, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
Availability and data accuracy
We work to keep ReportFalcon available and accurate, but it's provided "as is" and "as available". Report figures come from Google and can be delayed, sampled or revised by Google; we don't guarantee they're complete or error-free, or that the service will be uninterrupted.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, business or data), and our total liability for any claim relating to ReportFalcon is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or, if you paid nothing, 100 US dollars). Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For significant changes we'll notify account owners by email before they take effect. Continuing to use ReportFalcon afterwards means you accept the updated terms.
