ReportFalcon is white label: clients only ever see your agency's brand. On the Branding page you set the name, logos and colours that appear on every report, link and PDF.
Only owners can change branding. The Branding link in the sidebar only shows for owners. See Invite your team to make someone an owner.
Set your agency name and website
- Open Branding. Click Branding in the sidebar.
- Enter the Agency name. Reports show it under "Prepared by" as text when you have no logo, and it appears in report footers and emails.
- Add your Website. It appears in report footers. If you leave out https://, it's added for you.
Choose your colours
- Switch on Use my own colours. With it off, reports use the ReportFalcon blue and navy.
- Pick an Accent colour. It's used for buttons, links and the main chart line.
- Pick a Dark colour. It's used for the report cover.
- Check the Preview. The Preview card on the right updates as you pick colours.
Both colours carry white text, so they need enough contrast to stay readable. The accent needs a contrast of at least 3:1 with white and the dark colour at least 4.5:1. If a colour is too light, saving shows a message asking you to pick a darker shade.
Pick a default report theme
Under Default report theme, choose the theme for every client that doesn't have its own. Classic uses your own colours; the other themes have their own palettes but keep your logo and name. Click Compare the themes with previews to see them all. See Report themes and templates.
Upload your logos
Logos can be PNG, SVG, JPG or WebP files up to 1 MB. A wide logo with little empty space around it works best.
- Add your Logo. This one is for white backgrounds, such as the report footer.
- Add a Logo for dark backgrounds (optional). It's used on dark areas like the report cover. Without it, your regular logo sits on a white tile there.
- Click Save branding. Reports, PDFs and shared links use the new branding straight away.
Without any logo, reports show your agency name as text. To take a logo off, tick Remove this logo under it and save.
If your logo has dark text, upload a white or light version as the logo for dark backgrounds. It looks cleaner on the cover than the white tile.
Where your branding appears
- Reports: your logo under Prepared by on the cover, and your logo, name and website in the footer.
- Client links: the live report link, shared reports and the report library show your logo and colours, never ReportFalcon's. See The live link and report library.
- PDFs: downloads are built from the branded report page.
- Your team's app: buttons and links use your accent colour, and your logo shows in the workspace chip in the sidebar.
Branding isn't frozen into shared reports, so a new logo or name also shows on reports you shared earlier. Their numbers and theme stay as they were.
