Monthly reports

Monthly SEO reports, sent automatically

Set a schedule once per client. ReportFalcon freezes the report and emails it on time, every month.

Pick the day

Any day from the 1st to the 28th. Each client gets the full previous month.

From your agency

Emails arrive as "Your Agency via ReportFalcon", with your logo, and replies go to your team.

Summary in the email

The headline and top highlights sit in the email, with a button to open the full report.

Frozen, permanent links

Each sent report keeps its numbers forever, so last month's email still shows last month's data.

View counts

See how often each client opened their report, without tracking pixels in the email.

Your team in copy

Agency owners get a blind copy of every report email, so nothing goes out unseen.

Alerts

Know about problems before your client does

One daily digest for your team, only when something needs attention.

Traffic drops

Clicks or sessions down 30% or more week over week, on sites with real traffic.

Lost connections

A Search Console or GA4 property the reporting email can no longer read.

FAQ

Automated SEO reporting FAQs

Can I schedule SEO reports to send automatically?

Yes. Choose a day of the month and the recipients for each client. On that day, ReportFalcon freezes last month's report and emails the client a summary with a link to the full report.

Who do automated report emails come from?

They come from your agency's name, shown as "Your Agency via ReportFalcon", with your logo inside. Replies go to your agency owners, who also get a blind copy.

Can I check a report before it's sent?

Automated reports send on schedule. If you prefer to review first, leave the schedule off and share each report yourself, where you can also edit the summary text.

Is a PDF attached to the email?

The email contains the summary and a link to the full report. Clients can download a branded PDF from the report page.

Can clients open the report without an account?

Yes. The link works for anyone who has it, with no login. Report pages are kept out of search engines.

How do I know if a client opened the report?

Every shared report shows a view count and when it was last opened. Views by your own team don't count.
